Restorative Retreat with Tanya Forgan
I have been running this for a number of years now and it just gets better and better, even if I do say so myself! I am blown away by the holding of Florence House and the land upon which it rests. It is known as ‘the place where extraordinary things happen’ and I can testify this. I feel the holding of the ancestors each time I go there and I know I am not alone in this.
We will gather at a time when life can become frantic. We turn our backs on the bright lights, cheesy music and excessive shopping and instead towards candlelight, warmth and a nurturing space of rest and presence which is exactly what winter asks of us.
There is plenty on offer over the weekend: Yoga Nidra, embodied movement, rest practices, restorative breathwork, circle gatherings, fireside connection and as always plenty of delicious soul food.
There is an invitation to do as little or as much as you want. You might wish to to rest in solitude, curl up with a good book or take a gentle stroll to the beach (10 mins away), it’s your choice in any given moment.
This retreat is a shoulder dropping, breath softening, jaw relaxing, heart warming, smile inducing weekend and I would love you to come and join.
Open to all women and gender queer/GNC folk.
The weekend includes:
2 nights accommodation at the gorgeous Florence House, Sussex
3 delicious meals a day plus tea, coffee and fruit
Doesn’t include:
* Transport to and from Florence House
* Any other food and beverages outside those listed above. Specific food requests e.g. vegan, vegetarian, gluten free are £5 extra per meal.
