Join Graham Burns for a weekend of yoga, clifftop walks, and great food. Enjoy four long yoga practices, combining asana in Graham’s relaxed, vinyasa based style; pranayama; meditation; yoga nidra, and more, as well as talks on aspects of yoga history and philosophy. Plenty of free time to walk on the cliffs, rest, and chat with friends around the fire, and Florence House’s usual wonderful vegetarian food, beginning with Friday dinner and ending with Sunday lunch.
Please note that some yoga experience is essential to enjoy this weekend: it is not suitable for complete beginners.
