The Self-Compassion Retreat with Nathalie Kealy
The Self-Compassion Retreat, hosted by Nathalie Kealy of Value Your Mind, is a rejuvenating winter event designed to support all caregivers, from parents through to health & social care workers, in their vital roles. This retreat emphasises on self-care, rest, emotional well-being, and releasing tension in the body & mind.
Participants will explore the yin-like qualities of winter to reconnect with their inner selves, bringing attention and energy back to their own needs. The retreat features creative workshops, yin yoga for deep relaxation, meditations to calm the mind, and nourishing food to warm the body. Nathalie, a mental health specialist, Yin yoga teacher, and self-compassion coach, leads the retreat, with additional insights provided by other expert facilitators.
